Using our website

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and give true details in our forms.
  • Only request a call or demo for a phone number that is yours or that you are allowed to use.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website, the platform or our AI agents.
  • Do not copy or reuse our content, code or designs without our written permission.

Calls from our AI agent

When you ask for a call or a demo, our AI voice agent may call you, and the call is recorded. You can end the call at any time or ask us not to contact you again. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use call data.

Client services

If you buy services from us, the signed agreement between your company and Innovo AI governs those services, including scope, fees, payment, data protection and liability. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Platform accounts

If we give you a login to our platform, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused or puts the platform or other users at risk.

Information on this website

We work to keep the website accurate, but it is for general information. Examples, figures and results are illustrations, not promises, and results depend on each business.
