Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Innovo AI collects when you visit our website, fill in a form, speak with our AI voice agent or use our platform, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Innovo AI LTD ("Innovo AI", "we", "us") is a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 14862227. Our registered office is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at admin@getinnovo.ai.
What we collect
- Details you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name and how many leads your company gets.
- Your consent to receive a call from our AI voice agent, with the time you gave it.
- Our calls with you: the recording, a written transcript, a short summary and the answers you gave.
- Meeting details when you book a meeting with our team.
- Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser type, the page you came from and advertising identifiers, such as those set by Meta, when you arrive from an ad.
- Account data when you log in to our platform: your name, email address and how you use the platform.
How we use it
- To call you with our AI voice agent after you ask us to, and to understand what your company needs.
- To book, confirm and remind you about meetings with our team, by email, phone call or WhatsApp.
- To follow up on your request and send you an offer.
- To measure and improve our ads and our website.
- To provide our platform and services to our clients, and to keep them secure.
We use your data because you asked us to contact you, because you consented, because we need it to provide a service you signed up for, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Call recordings and AI
Calls with our AI voice agent are recorded, and the agent says so at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used to qualify your request, to prepare your meeting with our team and to improve the quality of our service. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the agent and it will end the call.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that protect it: cloud hosting and database providers, telephone and voice technology providers, AI language providers, email and messaging providers, calendar and productivity tools, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta. Our team members who handle your request can see it too. We may also share data when the law requires it.
Google user data
When a member of our team connects a Google account, for example a Google Calendar, we use that access only to read free and busy times and to create, update and cancel meeting events with the people who booked them. We do not use Google data for advertising and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide this feature.
Innovo AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where your data is stored
Our providers may store and process data outside the country where you live, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. When we transfer data abroad, we use the safeguards required by the applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep lead data, including call recordings, for as long as we need it to follow up on your request, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you. Client data is kept for the length of the contract and deleted or returned as the contract says. We may keep some records longer when the law requires it, for example invoices.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to stop using it for a purpose, or to stop contacting you. Email admin@getinnovo.ai and we will reply within 30 days. You can also tell our AI agent during a call that you do not want to be contacted again. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit and limits on who in our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities about a breach when the law requires it.
