Who They Are
Bisdesk connects companies with flexible workspaces and serviced offices across the UAE and beyond. Huge inventory, high-intent leads, and a lot of moving parts between tenants, brokers, and office owners.
Challenges
- Leads coming from ads and campaigns needing instant handling, or they go cold
- Complex search logic:
- Location, license type (especially in UAE)

What We Built – 4-Agent Architecture
We deployed a four-agent system that shows exactly how Innovo handles complex workflows, not just simple chat.
Agent 1 – Lead Intake & Advisory (Voice)
- Calls leads as soon as they show interest from ads or forms
- Collects:
- Preferred locations/areas
- Trade license status in UAE (critical filter)
- Budget range & term
- Number of desks / type of space
- Explains:
- Market price ranges
- Area differences
- What's realistic for their needs
- Goal:
- Turn raw curiosity into a clean, qualified requirement
Agent 2 – Database Search & Matching (Backend Logic)
- Takes Agent 1's structured inquiry
- Searches Bisdesk's large internal inventory using advanced logic:
- Filters by:
- Location / nearby alternatives
- License compatibility
- Budget bands (min/mid/max)
- Desk count and constraints
- Applies a curated selection logic (not random):
- Pick the best 3 options that truly match
- Respect constraints but flex intelligently when needed (e.g. small budget deltas, nearby locations if primary is too tight)
- Handles:
- Edge cases, missing data, overlaps
- This agent is the "brain" that proves:
- We can translate complex human inquiries into deterministic, high-quality options at scale
Agent 3 – Inventory Verification (Voice)
- Calls office owners / providers directly
- Confirms:
- Availability
- Pricing
- Inclusions (services, terms, conditions)
- Any recent changes not yet synced in the system
- Ensures the options are real and up-to-date, not "ghost inventory"
Agent 4 – Offer & Booking Agent (Voice + Email)
- Calls the lead with:
- The curated short list of options (typically top 3)
- Explains differences clearly (location, price, terms)
- Books:
- Viewings directly into calendars
- Sends:
- Detailed follow-up email with:
- Option summaries
- Photos
- Locations
- All confirmed details
- Ensures:
- Lead, Bisdesk, and the space provider all receive aligned information
